Shipping & Returns

Shipping

  • We only ship within the US.
  • All orders ship within 2-3 business days from the date of purchase.
  • Please allow 2-3 days to process and pick your order. 
  • All orders will ship via USPS. 
  • Please call the store at 580.542.0323 to inquire about shipping oversized products.
  • Flat rate shipping of $8.50 for orders under $100.
  • Orders $100+ ship for free! Excludes oversized products. 
  • In-Store Pickup: If you select local pickup, you will retrieve your items from the following address: 601 N. Perkins Rd., Stillwater, OK 74075. We will send you an email that reads "Awaiting Pickup" whenever your order has been received, reviewed, and packaged to perfection. Our store hours are as follows: 10 a.m. - 6 p.m. Monday-Saturday. We are closed on Sundays. Please note: Summer Hours are as follows: Monday-Friday 11:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.  & Saturday 10:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. Summer hours are effective June 1 - July 31.

We’re bummed things didn’t work out for you. Let’s get it fixed! Here’s everything you need to know to complete a return successfully.

Online Return Policy

  • All exchanges and/or returns must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Please call 580-542-0323 or email us at info@joandcoboutique.com before you return your order. We must approve your exchange or return.
  • After your return has been approved, you have 5 days to ship the package back to us. We will deny the package upon receipt if sent after 5 days.

  • Refunds will be issued contingent on item inspection once it is back in our hands. If we suspect an item has been worn, used, or washed or an item is missing its tags, we will not issue a refund. Please be respectful and honest, we will, too.
  • It is the customer’s responsibility to pay for shipping charges to return or exchange items.
  • All original tags must be attached.
  • For hygiene reasons, pierced jewelry is non-refundable.
  • All jewelry items are final sale and non-refundable.
  • Custom-made jewelry or other items are non-refundable.
  • All items purchased during a special promotion (for example: Cyber Monday or our annual Krazy Daze Sale) at a discount of 25% off or more are considered final sale and not eligible for return.
    • This does not include Try-On Tuesday. Items purchased as a part of our weekly Try-On Tuesday Sale are eligible for return. See above for how to return an item.
  • All items marked "sale" are final sale and not eligible for return.
  • All items found under sale category are considered final sale and not eligible for return.
  • All items must be unworn, unused, and unwashed.
  • Jo & Co. is not responsible for items that have been worn and damaged via wearing/using item.
  • Jo & Co. is not responsible for items that have been damaged while washing or drying the garment. Please follow care instructions provided by the manufacturer for each garment.
  • We are not responsible for packages that have been confirmed “delivered” by USPS, but cannot be found on your property. Please contact USPS for all claims of missing packages. Once Jo & Co. has shipped your package, and it has been approved by USPS, it is out of our hands.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Please allow for 2-3 business days for all items to be shipped.

In-store Return Policy

  • Jo & Co. accepts exchanges and store credit only for in-store purchases.
  • Exchanges or returns for store credit must be made within 7 days of purchase date.
  • All original tags must be attached.
  • For hygiene reasons, pierced jewelry is non-refundable.
  • Custom-made jewelry or other items are non-refundable.
  • All items marked sale are final sale and not eligible for return.
  • All items must be unworn, unused, and unwashed.
  • Jo & Co. is not responsible for items that have been worn and damaged via wearing/using item.

  • Jo & Co. has the right to deny any product for exchange or store credit that we suspect has been worn, used, washed, or is missing original tags.

Other Policy: 

Pursuant to other states’ legislation, Jo & Co. is obligated by law to notify its customers of the following:

Jo & Co. is obligated to collect Oklahoma sales tax. The purchase is subject to Oklahoma sales tax unless it is specifically exempt from taxation.

Jo & Co. is not obligated, and does not, collect sales tax on purchases made outside of Oklahoma.

The purchase is not exempt merely because it is made over the Internet, by catalog, or other remote means;

It is the taxpayer’s (Jo & Co. customer’s) responsibility to file a sales/use tax return at the end of the year reporting all of the purchases that were not taxed and pay tax on those purchases. Please check your state’s legislation on the matter for more information.
